Shipping Time

The total delivery time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Phases

  • Processing Time: This phase includes order verification, assembly, and pre-shipment preparation. The duration may vary depending on your location and our processing efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: The shipping period begins once your order has been processed and depends on the shipping method selected and your delivery destination.

Please note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time is the total of both processing and shipping durations.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly on our website. Please note that tracking information may take 5-7 business days to update. If no updates are available after 10 business days, please contact us at support@jewelisle.com.

Shipping Delays

If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at support@jewelisle.com for a full refund.
For any unexpected delays, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you. Our team aims to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check your delivery location thoroughly.
You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@jewelisle.com immediately to update your address.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Trekmerch is not liable for customs fees, nor for rejected packages or failed deliveries after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, without a guaranteed refund.
